Nigeria are scheduled to begin their 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifying campaign against Madagascar at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium in Uyo on Friday, 25 September. CAF’s fixture list gives a 16:00 GMT kick-off; the Nigeria Football Federation lists 17:00 local time.
The two sides share Group L with Tanzania and Guinea-Bissau. Tanzania has an automatic place at the finals as a co-host, and CAF says only the highest-placed side among its three group opponents will qualify alongside it.
